변조 및 보정장치를 갖는 단층 영상 생성장치 및 그 동작방법Apparatus for generating tomography image having modulation and correction apparatusand method of operating the same
변조 및 보정장치를 갖는 단층 영상 생성장치 및 그 동작방법에 관해 개시되어 있다. 개시된 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 단층 영상 생성장치는 피사체 조사에 사용되는 광이 방출되는 광원부와, 광의 진행방향을 제어하는 광 제어부와, 입사광을 분할/결합하는 광 커플러와, 상기 광 커플러에 광학적으로 연결된 복수의 광학계와, 상기 피사체 조사에 사용되는 광의 변조 및 보정장치를 포함한다. 상기 변조 및 보정장치는 상기 광 제어부와 상기 커플러 사이에 구비될 수 있다. 또한 상기 변조 및 보정장치는 상기 복수의 광학계 중 상기 피사체에 광을 조사하는 광학계에 포함될 수 있다. 상기 광의 변조장치는 상기 피사체로 반사되는 입사광만 변조시킬 수 있다.
