목적 단백질의 위치 특이적 변형이 시공간적으로 조절되는 마우스, 이의 제조방법 및 그 용도Transgenic mouse capable of controlling site-specific modification of target protein temporally and spatially, method and uses thereof
본 발명은 목적 단백질의 위치 특이적 변형이 시공간적으로 조절되는 마우스(Mus musclus), 이의 제조방법 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 비천연 아미노산에 시공간적 주입에 따라 특정 위치의 변형이 부착된 목적 단백질의 발현이 조절되는 형질전환 마우스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 목적 단백질의 위치 특이적 변형을 시공간적으로 조절할 수 있는 마우스는 위치 특이적 변형이 부착된 목적 단백질의 발현을 비천연 아미노산의 주입 시기 및/또는 주입 위치에 따라 조절할 수 있기 때문에, 목적 단백질의 생체 내 기능 연구, 신약 개발 등에 유용하다.
