dc.description.abstractThe focus of this dissertation is on fabrication and characterization of self-powered triboelectric power generator by using eco-friendly biomaterials. Biomaterial existing abundantly in nature was used as frictional material, and was applied in triboelectric generator which is a new type of mechanical energy harvesting. The power generation mechanism was explained by surface characterization-
dc.description.abstractthe output of triboelectric generator was compared in a variable environment by controlling the pulse magnitude, frequency, and pulse width, which are variations of the input pulse signal since the mechanical energy from a practical environment quite varies and is irregular. Using an eco-friendly and sustainable biomaterials and simple fabrication process, the developed novel eco-friendly, sustainable triboelectric generator can be used to meet tight requirements needed for the next-generation self-powered electronic products.-
