콩나물 및 숙주나물을 재배함에 있어서, 살균제로 다음 일반식(1)로 표시되는 화합물 또는 일반식(1)로 표시되는 화합물과 벤젠아데닌을 혼합하여 물에 용해시킨 물로 콩 또는 녹두를 불리거나 불린콩 또는 불린 녹두에 처음 물주기하는 콩나물 및 숙주나물 재배방법이며, 식중 R은 수소, 나트륨, 칼륨, 메틸기 또는 에틸기임.이 방법으로 콩나물 및 숙주나물을 재배하면 부패를 방지할 수 있고, 생장저해가 없는 효과가 있다.
