주자성의 펩타이드 자기조립 집합체 및 이의 제조방법Magnetotactic self-assembly molecular architectures and preparation method thereof
본 발명은 주자성의 펩타이드 자기조립 집합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 주자성 자기조립 집합체인 폴덱쳐는 외부자기장에 의해 스스로 정렬되며, 자기장의 방향에 따라 정렬 방향이 바뀌고, 낮은 자기장에서도 폴덱쳐들이 감응하며 정렬해 수용액상에서 실시간 회전운동도 가능한 주자성을 나타내므로, 펩타이드 자기 나침반, 자극반응성 분자기계, 유기나노물질의 움직임 제어 등 다양한 응용연구 분야에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
