액정 박막 및 나노입자 조립체의 제조방법Method of Fabricating Liquid Crystal Layer and Nanoparticle Clusters
본 발명은 기판 상의 승화성 액정 초분자를 가열하는 단계; 및 상기 가열된 액정 초분자를 스멕틱 상으로 냉각하는 단계를 포함함으로써, 주기적인 결함 구조를 갖는 액정 박막을 용이하게 형성하고, 이에 따라 주기적인 배열의 나노입자 조립체를 용이하게 형성할 수 있도록 하는 액정 박막의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 액정 박막을 이용한 나노입자 조립체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
