본 발명은 유연 열전소자; 상기 유연 열전소자를 사이에 두고, 서로 이격 대향하는 두 투명기판; 및 상기 유연 열전 소자와 두 투명 기판 사이에 각각 위치하며, 단열체인 버퍼층과 비정질, 결정질 또는 비정질과 결정질의 혼합상인 반도체층이 적층된 적층층으로, 상기 버퍼층이 상기 유연 열전소자와 접하고, 상기 반도체층이 상기 투명 기판과 접하는 희생층;을 포함하는 유연 열전소자 구조체에, 상기 반도체층의 반도체물질이 결정화 또는 재결정화되도록 레이저를 조사하여 상기 투명 기판을 분리하는 유연 열전 소자의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
