방사선 흡수체를 집적한 방사선량계 및 그 제조방법Radiation dosimeter with integrated water medium and method of manufacturing the same
본 발명은 기판; 온도변화를 측정할 수 있도록 상기 기판 상에 형성된 적어도 하나 이상의 서미스터(thermistor); 상기 기판 상에 형성되며, 방사선 흡수물질을 채울 수 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 마이크로유로 채널(microfluidic channel)을 구비하는 박막부; 및 방사선을 흡수하여 온도가 변하며, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 마이크로유로 채널 내에 채워짐으로써 상기 서미스터 상에 배치되는 방사선 흡수체;를 포함하는, 방사선 흡수체를 집적한 방사선량계 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
