본 발명은 질소 함유 고분자를 간단한 공정을 통해 질소와 금속이 동시 도핑된 다공성 탄소 소재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의해 제조된 탄소 소재는 전기에너지 전환장치인 연료 전지 (Fuel cell)의 양극(Cathode) 재료와 전기에너지 저장장치인 슈퍼커패시터 (Supercapacitor)의 전극 재료로 사용될 수 있다
