본 발명은 결정성 전도성 고분자 쉘을 가지는 탄소소재 복합섬유 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게, 탄소소재 섬유 코어, 및 상기 코어의 표면에 코팅된 결정성 전도성 고분자 쉘을 포함하는, 결정성 전도성 고분자 쉘을 가지는 탄소소재 복합섬유를 제공함으로써 우수한 전기전도도 및 매우 큰 비표면적을 확보할 수 있으며, 이를 사용하여 제작된 슈퍼커패시터는 매우 높은 정전용량 및 우수한 유연성을 가질 수 있다.
