고자기장에서 RF 손실 저감 구조를 가지는 초전도체 및 방법Superconductor with engineered hole array structure for minimizing RF loss in high magnetic field
본 발명에 따르면, 고자기장에서 RF 손실 저감 구조를 가지는 초전도체에 있어서, 자기장이 존재하는 환경에서 초전도체상 자기장이 수직으로 관통하여 보텍스가 형성되는 영역에 초전도체의 표면에서 초전도체 내부의 일정 깊이까지 식각 형성되는 복수의 홀을 구현하여 자기장이 홀을 통해 초전도체를 관통하도록 함으로써 보텍스 마이스너 전류 및 상전도 코어전자와 초전도체 표면을 흐르는 RF 전류를 공간적으로 분리시켜 열손실을 최소화시킬 수 있다.
