| dc.description.abstract | 전기습윤현상을 이용한 동적 액체 흐름 제어 장치로서, 수직으로 배열된 복수의 금속 메쉬 전극들을 포함하는 금속 메쉬 전극부, 상기 금속 메쉬 전극부의 하위에 위치한 하위 전극, 그리고 상기 복수의 금속 메쉬 전극들과 상기 하위 전극 중 인접한 두 전극 사이에 전압을 인가하는 전압 인가 수단을 포함한다. 각 금속 메쉬 전극은 금속 메쉬 상에 형성된 그래핀층을 포함하고, 상기 전압 인가 수단에 의해 인가된 전압에 따라 투과성이 조절되어 해당 전극 위의 액체를 하위 전극으로 이동시킨다. | - |
