dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we proposed contacteless power supply (CPS) zone configuration method that maximizes the transport efficiency in automated materail handling system (AMHS) track. From simulation heuristic method, we defined variables that have correlation with the transport efficiency and proposed a mixed integer linear prigramming (MILP) model that can configure CPS zones only with given data at AMHS design level. The CPS zones derived from the MILP model showed improvement in average transport time compared to the CPS zones set up by trial and error method at the factory. This result showed that the proposed MILP model can quickly present a systematic solution even in the case of the constraints change such as the reallocating tools in manufacturing.-
