dc.description.abstract | Radical polymerization has several advantages: Fast vulcanization, low-cost, high surface reaction and high thermal stability of final product. In this thesis, radical polymerization was applied to organic-inorganic hybrid material, hybrimer, to fabricate broadband transparent siloxane hybrid material with high adhesion, high deformability and high thermal stability. I applied this hybrimer to high performance LED encapsulant that has high adhesion and high refractive index, to high performance copper clad laminates that have stable performance over wide temperature and wide frequency range, and to broadband low loss material that has high deformability to confirm the high potency of hybrimer to high performance electrical and optical material. | - |
