나노공극 막을 이용한 광고분자의 제조방법 및 동 방법에의해 제조한 광고분자Preparation of Photopolymer with enhanced opticalquality by introduction of nanoporous membrane andPhotopolymer thereof
본 발명은 나노공극 막을 이용한 광고분자의 제조방법 및 동 방법에 의해 제조한 광고분자에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 공지의 광고분자 제조에 있어서, 나노공극 막을 가지는 고분자 내에서 광중합하여 광고분자를 제조하는 방법 및 동 방법에 의해 제조한 광고분자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 매트릭스(matrix) 고분자로 나노공극 막(nanoporous membrane)을 가지는 고분자를 이용하여, 나노공극(nanopore) 내에서 광고분자를 이루는 단량체, 개시제를 함침시켜 광고분자를 제조함으로써, 광중합된 고분자상(phase)의 크기를 나노미터 수준으로 낮추어, 상분리에 의한 투과도 감소를 억제함과 동시에 광중합에 의한 부피 수축 또한 억제할 수 있는 광고분자의 제조방법 및 동 방법에 의해 제조한 광고분자의 제공을 목적으로 한다.
