| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 집적형 박막 태양전지의 제조 방법은 소정간격 이격된 트렌치들과, 상기 인접한 트렌치들 사이에 위치한 홈이 형성된 기판을 준비하는 단계, 상기 트렌치들 각각의 밑면 일부 및 일측면에 제1 도전성 물질을 일측으로부터 비스듬히 증착하여 제1 전극층을 형성하는 단계, 상기 기판 및 상기 제1 전극층 상에 태양전지층을 형성하는 단계, 상기 태양전지층상에 제2 도전성물질을 상기 일측의 맞은 편 타측으로부터 비스듬히 증착하여 제2 전극층을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1 전극층이 노출되도록 상기 트렌치들에 형성된 태양전지층을 식각하고, 상기 홈들에 형성된 태양전지층을 식각하는 단계 및 상기 노출된 제1 전극층과 상기 제2 전극층이 전기적으로 연결되도록 제3 도전성 물질을 상기 제2 전극층 상에 비스듬히 증착하여 도전층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
