규화금속 나노와이어의 제조방법Fabrication Method of Metal Silicide Nanowire
본 발명은 조성을 포함한 상(phase)을 제어할 수 있는 규화금속 나노와이어의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게, 본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 단결정체의 규화금속 나노와이어(I)를 산화 분위기에서 어닐링(annealing)하여 상기 나노와이어(I) 표면에 산화규소층을 형성한 후, 상기 산화규소층을 제거하여 단결정체의 금속-리치(metal-rich)한 규화금속 나노와이어어(II)를 제조하는 특징이 있다.
