| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 정형외과에서 인공 고관절 수술 시 인공관절을 삽입하기 위해 대퇴골에 구멍을 가공하는 경우에 사용되는 골강 가공장치에 관한 것으로, 골강내에 강제 압입된 고정가이드와, 상기 고정가이드에 삽입되어 길이방향으로 이동 가능하도록 설치된 골강 가공용 브로우치와, 상기 골강 가공용 브로우치가 상기 고정가이드에 안내되면서 진동을 일으키면서 골강이 가공되도록 골강 가공용 브로우치에 위치된 진동발생수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 골강 가공을 수작업이 아닌 기계적 진동을 이용하여 골강을 수월하게 갈아냄으로서 의사의 불편이 해소된다. 또한 골강의 축방향을 따라 가이드에 안내되면서 가공이 이루어지기 때문에 가공된 형상의 정확도가 향상되고, 필요시 골강가공용 브로우치의 위치를 조절할 수 있어 가공된 골강의 위치 정밀도가 향상된다. | - |
