| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 금속 분말을 이용한 히트파이프 윅의 구조에 관한 것으로서, 두 가지 크기의 특성을 모두 갖는 이중 공극구조를 갖는 금속 분말 소결 히트파이프 윅에 대한 것이다. 금속 분말을 소결하여 분말 집합체를 형성하고 이를 다시 소결시켜 이중 공극구조를 갖도록 하는 금속 분말을 이용한 히트파이프 윅에 대해, 모세관 성능을 금속분말 입자의 크기와 분말 집합체의 크기의 비로서 모델링하고 해를 구하여 설계하고 제조한다. 분말 집합체가 분말 입자의 크기보다 4 내지 6 배일때 윅의 성능이 극대화된다. | - |
