| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 사출공정 작업에 사용되는 금형(100)에 관한 것으로서, 사출품으로 성형될 고온의 수지를 냉각할 수 있도록 냉각수가 통과될 수 있는 다수 개의 냉각채널(150)들이 그 내부에 형성되고, 다수 개의 냉각채널(150)들이 그물망 구조로 상호 교차되게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이, 본 발명의 금형 및 그 제작방법은 다수 개의 냉각채널(150)들을 그물망 구조로 배열하고 냉각수의 유입방향과 배출방향을 각각 다르게 설정함으로써 사출품으로 성형될 고온의 수지를 균일하게 냉각하면서도 그 냉각효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. | - |
