글리코실화된 재조합 온코나아제 및 그의 제조방법Glycosylated Onconase and Process for Preparing theSame
본 발명은 글리코실화된 재조합 온코나아제, 전기 글리코실화된 재조합 온코나아제를 생산하기 위한 발현벡터, 전기 발현벡터로 형질전환된 피키아 효모 및 전기 형질전환된 피키아 효모를 이용한 글리코실화된 재조합 온코나아제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 글리코실화된 재조합 온코나아제는 아미노산 서열 N 말단이 피로글루탐산이고, 69번 아미노산이 8 내지 12개의 만노스를 포함하는 당으로 글리코실화된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 글리코실화된 재조합 온코나아제는 천연 온코나아제보다 안정성과 항암활성이 우수하므로, 항암치료에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
