공간 광변조기를 이용한 리소그라피 방법LITHOGRAPHY METHOD
본 발명은 공간 광변조기를 이용한 리소그라피 장치를 이용한 리소그라피 방법에 관한 것으로, 대상물에 일정 간격으로 빔을 조사하고, 일정 간격들의 사이 공간들에 추가로 빔을 조사하는 단계를 구비하며, 조사된 빔들이 임계 치를 넘는 부분만 전사되는 방식으로 광의 분해능의 한계 보다 미세한 패턴을 형성할 수 있는 리소그라피 방법을 제공한다.
