가변 롤성형의 성형교정장치Apparatus for correcting shape error in flexible roll forming
본 발명에 따른 가변 롤성형의 성형교정장치는, 소재가 롤성형되는 성형경로에 설치된 프레임; 및 상기 프레임에 설치되되, 성형롤에 의해 롤성형된 상기 소재의 형상오차를 교정하도록 롤링압박하는 교정롤수단;을 포함한다.이에 따라, 가변 롤성형 공정의 각 단계에서 발생하는 변형 형상오차를 최소화하는데, 이때 소재의 가변영역을 컨투어함으로써 역성형 효과를 최대화할 수 있다. 나아가, 본 발명은 다단 성형공정인 가변 롤성형 공정에서 성형경로를 따라 복수 개가 배치됨으로써, 점진적인 역성형과정을 통해 형상오차를 최소화하면서 성형성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
