촉매를 포함하지 않는 하이드로겔의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 하이드로겔Fabrication of catalyst-free hydrogel and hydrogel using the same
본 발명은 촉매를 포함하지 않는 하이드로겔의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 하이드로겔에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 하이드로겔의 제조방법은 내부 표면에 화학결합을 통하여 촉매가 고정된 반응기를 사용함으로써, 촉매를 포함하지 않는 하이드로겔을 제조할 수 있다. 이로 인하여, 인체에 사용가능한 고순도의 하이드로겔을 제조할 수 있으며, 제조공정이 단순화되어 매우 경제적이므로, 하이드로겔이 사용되는 의료용 접착제(bioadhesive), 조직공학용 담체(Tissue engineering scaffold), 의학전달시스템(drug delivery system), 생체용 전극, 드레싱(dressing) 등의 의료분야에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
