캐스케이드 방식의 개방형 극저온 줄-톰슨 냉동기Cascaded open cryogenic Joule-Thomson refrigeration
본 발명은 캐스케이드 방식의 개방형 극저온 줄-톰슨 냉동기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고압 탱크 내에 저장된 다양한 냉매가 밀도차에 의해 고온용 냉매와 저온용 냉매가 분리되고, 초반에는 고온용 냉매가, 후반에는 저온용 냉매가 냉각장치에 이송됨으로써, 종래보다 냉각시간이 매우 빠르고, 그에 따라 냉각 효율이 증가하며, 압력 탱크를 저압용으로 사용가능하면서 탱크의 사이즈가 소형화되는 특징이 있다.
