측면이 곡면형태로 된 출광부를 가지는 일체형 도광판, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 채용한 디스플레이 장치All-in-one type light guide plate having a light emitting part with curved sidewall, method of fabricating the same and display apparatus employing the same
곡면 형태의 측면을 일체형 도광판의 제조방법이 개시된다. 개시된 방법에 의하면, 측면이 곡면으로 된 그루브가 형성된 금속 몰드를 제조하고 이를 전사 주형으로 사용하여 측면이 곡면으로 되고 돌출된 출광부를 가지는 일체형 도광판을 제조한다. 곡면 형상은 열처리 공정 조건에 따라 다양하게 조절될 수 있다. 이와 같이 제조된 일체형 도광판은 디스플레이 장치를 위한 조명 장치에 적용될 수 있다.
