정전분무법에 의한 산화아연 투명전도성 박막의 제조방법Transparent conductive ZnO thin films prepared by electrospraying method
본 발명은, 투과도가 높고 저항이 낮은 산화아연(ZnO) 박막을 제조하는데 있어 정전분무법을 사용함으로서, 기존에 산화아연 박막을 생성하는 공정에 비해 간단할 뿐만 아니라 입자 구성이 치밀한 박막을 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
