| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 특정 오스몰 농도를 가지는 마이크로캡슐들이 시료용액에서 좌굴되는지 여부를 판단하여 시료용액의 삼투압을 직접 측정하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 복잡한 삼투압 측정설비 없이도 간단한 방법으로 삼투압을 직접적으로 측정할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 삼투압 측정 방법은 매우 적은 양의 시료 샘플로도 삼투압을 측정할 수 있으므로 적용범위가 넓다. 본 발명의 삼투압 측정 방법은 생분해성의 마이크로캡슐을 신체 내부에 주입하여 신체의 삼투압이나 삼투압 변화를 측정할 수 있으며, 또한, 유체 채널이나 반응 공정에 마이크로캡슐을 주입하여 공정 중의 유체의 삼투압을 측정할 수 있다. | - |
