잉크 도포 장치 및 방법Ink coating device and method
잉크 도포 장치 및 이에 적용되는 잉크 도포 방법이 제공된다. 본 잉크 도포 장치는 기판 상의 특정 위치에서의 전극과의 전압을 측정하는 수단과, 전압이 변화되는 지점에 특정 물질을 분사하는 수단을 포함한다. 이에 의해, 결함이 있는 위치의 검출과 분사 기능을 하나의 장치로 통합함으로써, 장비의 구조적 복잡함을 피하고 빠른 동작수행을 가능케 하여 제조공정의 효율성을 높일 수 있게 된다.
