반사구조체, 이를 포함하는 표시장치 및 이들의 제조방법에 관해 개시되어 있다. 개시된 반사구조체는 다중 요철구조의 반사막을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 반사막은 복수의 제1요철요소에 의해 굴곡진 표면을 가질 수 있고, 상기 굴곡진 표면은 상기 제1요철요소보다 스케일이 작은 복수의 제2요철요소로 이루어질 수 있다. 상기 복수의 제1요철요소는 마이크로 스케일의 요소일 수 있고, 상기 제2요철요소는 나노 스케일의 요소일 수 있다. 상기 반사막은 복수의 나노입자로 구성된 하부구조 상에 구비될 수 있다. 상기 반사막 상에는 플렉서블 물질층이 구비될 수 있다.
