혼합 용매 및 혼합 블록공중합체를 이용한 블록공중합체 패터닝 방법 및 이에 의한 나노구조체 제조방법Method for patterning block copolymer using mixed solvent and mixed block copolymer and method for manufacturing nanostructures using the same
제 1 이종(di) 블록공중합체와 제 2 이종(di) 블록공중합체를 혼합하여 기판에 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합된 제 1 이종(di) 블록공중합체와 제 2 이종(di) 블록공중합체에 제 1 용매 및 제 2 용매가 혼합된 혼합 용매로 용매 어닐링하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 용매에 의하여 상기 제 1 이종(di) 블록공중합체의 구성 중합체 블록이 팽창하며, 이로써 구성 중합체 블록에 의하여 정의되는 육각 판상 구조가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 블록공중합체 패터닝 방법이 제공된다.
