미스매치 강인성을 가진 직각위상 전압제어 발진기Mismatch Tolerant Quadrature VCO
미스매치 강인성을 가지는 직각위상 전압제어 발진기가 개시된다. 직각위상 전압제어 발진기는 발진기의 발진 주파수를 결정하는 LC 네트워크, LC 네트워크에 부성(negative) 을 제공하는 크로스 커플된(cross coupled) 트랜지스터 페어, LC 네트워크에 전력을 주입해주는 전류원 및 두 탱크로 피드백 되어 오는 신호의 위상을 씩 이동시켜 주는 다중위상 필터(poly-phase filter)를 포함한다.
