| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 미세유체제어기술을 기반으로 압착(squeeze) 방식에 의한 난모세포 또는 난자의 핵 제거 시스템에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 난자를 난모세포 또는 난자를 세포의 표면을 절개할 수 있는 장치를 포함하는 난자막 절개 미세유체채널부(10) 및 난자 압착 미세유체채널부(16)를 순차적으로 이동시켜 난모세포 또는 난자의 핵 제거를 효율적으로 하기 위한 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 미세유체제어기술을 기반으로 한 난모세포 또는 난자의 핵 제거 시스템은 단일 세포별 조작이 가능하고 난모세포 또는 난자의 탈핵을 자동적이고 효율적이며 경제적으로 도울 수 있기 때문에, 줄기세포 및 발생학 연구의 편의성 및 높은 효율성을 제공하고 일반 산부인과에서도 효과적으로 불임부부를 위한 인공수정 및 체외수정에 응용될 수 있다. | - |
