| dc.description.abstract | We propose and demonstrate a multipurpose fiber-optic access network (MFAN). This network uses the same fiber infrastructure for a variety of services including baseband, cable television (CATV), personal communication service (PCS), wireless local loop (WLL), and local multipoint communication service (LMCS).
