Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell (SOEC) is a system that has reversible reactions of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) reactions that consume H2 and produce electricity and H2O. SOEC is a one of the most efficient ways to produce hydrogen without any air pollution material emissions (steam elec-trolysis) and can produce syn-gas by using CO2 in the air (co-electrolysis) because of its high oper-ating temperature(600-1,000 ℃). Due to many advantages of SOEC, researches about SOEC are done world-widely especially in Europe. Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis is a one part of SOEC researches to predict cell performance with various operating conditions. However, there are not many studies about the relationship between operating condition and performance by using three-dimensional CFD especially about co-electrolysis SOEC for syngas production. In this re-search, three-dimensional CFD simulation modeling development is done. Then, CFD analysis is done with various operating conditions of SOEC. Planar cell simulation is possible for steam elec-trolysis and co-electrolysis by using developed simulation model
