데드 레커닝을 통한 CAVE 네비게이션 인터페이스의 성능 증진

In this paper, we applied the dead-reckoning algorithm to the smartphone based navigation interface for CAVE to improve immersion. By a variety of factors, information that needs to delivered goes through certain level –usually higher than wired connection - of latency in wireless environment. This latency can be one of the factors that harm the immersion of user, especially to users using high sampling frequency devices like acceleration sensor or touch sensor. In this paper we will introduce the methodology and the future develop direction of the interface development which applied dead-reckoning algorithm for the robustness to network latency.
