카본 페이퍼 위에 코팅된 루데늄 옥사이드 박막의 형상과 전기화학적 거동Morphology and electrochemical behavior of ruthenium oxide thin film deposited on carbon paper
본 연구에서는 표면적인 넓고 전기 전도도가 좋은 다공성 카본 페이퍼에 높은 캐패시 턴스를 가지는 루데늄 옥사이드를 박막을 dip-coating 방법으로 제조하였다. 이렇게 제조된 복합체의 구조 및 전기화학적 거동을 통하여 수퍼 케패시터의 전극으로서의 가능성을 살펴 보았다.
