남성 노인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 체력요인과 신체구성의 비교tudy of demographic-sociological variables to physical fitness and body composition in older men

The purpose of this study was to analysis the relation of sociological population factor, body composition, and fitness factor of 166 older men. All subjects had been were fulfilled questionnaire about demographic-sociological variables. Body composition were measured by Inbody 4.0 and physical fitness were measured about health related fitness. The results are as follows.: The fitness factor is related to decrease in muscle strength that is caused by aging. And the muscle function is also related to factors that is effected daily activity such as regular exercise, exercise frequency per week and grade of exercise participation. Change of muscle function is effected for regular physical examination. The body composition is related to decrease the height, weight, fat of body, muscle mass, and BMI as aging. Regular exercise is not related to decrease muscle mass with decrease lean body mass. Based on these results, it was concluded that a variety condition and factors of daily activity was effected for related factors of physical activity and exercise habit of the old men.
