| Content | The submitted paper is allowed to be open to public only when it is gained an approval by manager of KOASAS through an accurate process of verification on copyright policy, Metadata, and the original PDF copy. Due to the process of verification, service on the submitted paper is delayed. We are planning to place additional staffs during April of 2010 to prompt the process. Please excuse us for the delay.
