Effects of the polarization of the electric field upon the integrability of cyclotron motion are studied. It is shown that relativistic cyclotron motion is integrable when the electric field is circularly polarized, but is not when the electric field is linearly or elliptically polarized. The motion in nonrelativistic limit is regular regardless of the polarization of the electric field.
