출력만의 측정에 의한 실험적 모우드 해석 방법에 관한 연구A Study on the Experimental Modal Analysis based upon Output Measurments Only

본 논문에서는 출력만의 측정에 의해 실험적 모우드 해석을 하기 위한 구체적 인 절차를 제시하고 선반의 오무드 해석에 적용하였다. 먼저 이 방법의 타당성을 조 사하기 위해 가진기로 가진력을 가하면서 입출력을 모두 기록한 후 출력만에 의한 해 석결과와 입출력을 모두 이용하는 주파수 응답함수법에 의한 결과들을 비교하였으며, 엄밀한 의미에서 가진력을 측정하기 하기 어려운 상황인 실제선삭작업중에 출력인 가 속도 신호만을 측정하여 본 방법을 적용하였다. An assumption in the experimental modal analysis of general structures is that input and output measurements be provided. Sometimes, however, the input excitation force cannot be measured accurately while the structure is being excited, or it is almost impossible to excite the structure with manmade exciting forces. In these cases, the data available for the dynamic analysis is the output measurements only.This paper discusses the method of modal analysis based upon output measurements only. The method is applied to the analysis of an engine lathe. first, the lathe is excited by an exciter while it is not running and the modal parameters are obtained in two ways: (i) based upon output measurements only and (ii) using frequency response functions from inputs and outputs. The applicability and the limitations of the method using output measurements only are discussed. Secondly, the method is applied to the analysis of vibration signals measured while the machine is cutting.
