In the last few years, the introduction of new technologies brings us many promises and real expectation. Specially, with the assistance of online advanced systems through Internet environment, governmental procurements are processed effectively, transparently and accountably. E-Government Procurement solution, included in the e-Government master plan, help us solve effectively many problems associated with our old paradigm of paper-based works. However, implementing successfully the e-Government Procurement system requires governments, public sector agencies, businesses and other related partnerships consider carefully how to overcome obstacles to adjust and innovate. Successful cases of understandably of Republic of Korea and Australia were conducted through comparative analysis of e-Government Procurement adoption with their achievements and experiences. The comparative analysis has concentrated on several appropriate analysis parameters for the success of e-Procurement adoption in the situation of Vietnam. The outcome of the study has included suited recommendations to the Vietnam e-Government policy organizations for the sustainable service’s development.
