백혈구 자동분류기 실현에 관한 연구 : 현미경 자동 초점 조절 및 백혈구 탐색A study on the implementation of the automatic white blood cell differential counting system : autofocusing and searching
본 System은 백혈구 자동류기 proiect중 W.B.C Search와 현미경 Focus를 다루었다. 우선 blood sample을 현미경 위에 놓고 이를 TV Camera를 통하여 전기적인 signal을 얻는다. 이 signal을 사용하여 W.B.C를 search하고, window position을 digitizer로 보낸다. digitizer와 High Speed A/D converter를 통과한 8 bits data를 사용하여 Focus하였다. Search를 위하여 X , Y stepper mator를 사용하였고, Focus를 위하여서는 Z stepper motor를 사용하였다. 이 Search와 Focus를 위하여 움직이는 X, Y, Z Stepper motor는 Z-80 SBC에 의하여 control되었다.
