This thesis describes the design and implementation of the flexible development platform to verify IP for SoC with Multi-core. Using this system, designer can obtain real multi-core environment that increases the accuracy of each core and provides compatibility to each core, obtains the debugging feature to IP that is attached to processor from the functional level design. This hardware system is composed of ARM Core Module that contains the ARM core, iPROVE that provides the powerful debugging feature on hardware level, ARM Base Board that links iPROVE and ARM Core Module. Simulation of whole system is done. The operation of whole system using application program is not done yet, but block-level testing of ARM Base Board is passed.
