물리적 복제 방지용 디바이스 및 이를 포함하는 보안 모듈Device for Physical Unclonable Function and the Secure Module including the Same
본 발명은 고유 특성을 갖는 물리적 복제 방지(Physical Unclonable Function)용 디바이스에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 물리적 복제 방지용 디바이스는 자기조립 구조에 대응하는 나노 패턴을 포함을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 물리적 복제 방지용 디바이스는 비결정론적(non-deterministic) 특성을 갖는 블록공중합체 자발적 상 분리 거동에 의해 형성되는 자기조립 구조에 근간한 PUF 패턴을 가짐에 따라, 복제 불가능한 고유 특성을 가질 수 있다.
