본 발명은 1,3-다이아미노프로판 생산능을 가지는 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 1,3-다이아미노프로판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 1,3-다이아미노프로판 대사경로에 관여하는 효소를 코딩하는 유전자인 dat 및 ddc가 도입되어 있는 1,3-다이아미노프로판 생산용 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 1,3-다이아미노프로판의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 1,3-다이아미노프로판을 생성하는 재조합 미생물을 이용할 경우, 1,3-다이아미노프로판을 대량으로 제조하여 의약품, 농약품, 의류용 섬유 등 다양한 분야에서 산업적으로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
