베네토클락스 및 렘데시비르를 유효성분으로 하는 코로나-19 감염증 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물Pharmaceutical combination composition for treating COIVD-19 comprising venetoclax and remdesvir as active ingredients
본 발명은 사스코로나바이러스 2에 효과적인 항바이러스 치료제 개발을 위하여 FDA 승인된 약물인 렘데시비르와 만성 림프구성 백혈병 치료제 베네토클락스와의 병용 처리 효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과로서, 렘데시비르와 베네토클라스 2개의 약물이 병용 처리되어 항바이러스의 시너지 효과를 나타내었으며 이는 심각한 문제를 일으키고 있는 사스코로나바이러스 2에 대한 치료제로 개발될 수 있을 것이다.
