X-pinch system is one of the device generating high energy density plasma. As X-pinch is operated by applying large pulsed current through a crossed thin wires, the plasma is generated and simultaneously confined. As the current and voltage on the load of the X-pinch are important physical factors for diagnosing X-pinch system, it is required for the diagnostics to measure voltage/current over 10 $kV$ / 10 $kA$ pulse during about 10 100 ns. Instead of the circuit base diagnostics affected by electrical noises from the X-pinch pulse, we suggest and developed optics-based voltage sensor using the Pockels effect and optics-based current sensor using the Faraday rotation. We present configurations of the optics-based voltage/current sensors for X-pinch system and discuss experimental results of the sensors.
