Coworking space is a nascent phenomenon in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs in coworking spaces can establish a social community and take advantage of social learning. However, little is known about coworking space from the perspective of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in a regional context. Entrepreneurs can enjoy the benefits of the entrepreneurship culture that exists in the region by entering coworking space. Various entrepreneurs in coworking space increase entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial role model effects. We analyze a firm's entrepreneurial outcome entering in coworking space. Based on a sample of 1399 companies from 2016 to 2019, coworking space is located in regions with robust entrepreneurship culture. In addition, we find that entering a coworking space positively moderates the relationship between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and firm growth. Furthermore, we suggest practical evidence that entrepreneurs can plan their decision to achieve an entrepreneurial outcome to benefit from a robust entrepreneurship culture. These results can be applied to the regional development that coworking space resulted in as supporting organizations in entrepreneurship culture.
