모바일 기기와 통합된 병원체의 진단 시스템System for Assaying Pathogens Integrated with Smart Devices
본 개시 내용의 구체예에 따르면, 시각화 가능한 이동상 입자 및 특이적 기능기가 부착된 고정상 입자를 이용하여 간단한 방식으로 시료 내 타겟 병원체의 유전자(구체적으로, 타겟 병원체의 증폭 유전자)를 검출 또는 진단함에 있어서 모바일 기기로부터 공급된 전원에 의하여 구동 가능한 원심 분리 장치를 적용하고, 더 나아가 모바일 기기 내 조도 센서를 이용하여 저전력으로 간편하게 현장 분석을 수행할 수 있는 병원체의 진단 시스템이 기재된다.
